We maintain our Woden Swim Club Photo Gallery at “Windows Live Spaces”.

“Windows Live Spaces” is a free online software service where you can blog, share pictures and connect with the people in a free online place. There are currently over 120 million unique users of “Windows Live Spaces” around the world.

You can blog and add comments to our photos - all you need is a “Windows Live ID” which you can get for free!!

Notice to Parents

Woden Swim Club does not itself collect the images that are contained in our photo galleries.  Rather, these images are taken by parents and submitted for inclusion and display on our web site.

In Australia, generally speaking, there is no law restricting photography of people (including children) in public spaces as long as the images are not considered as indecent, voyeuristic, defamatory, intended for commercial use, or breach a protection order.  Parents should be aware that photographs taken in public places (eg at swimming meets) may include images of their children, where no specific consent has been given for a photo to be taken.

The Woden Swim Club Photo Gallery is intended solely for the enjoyment of our members.  If an image of your child, either as the primary subject or in the background, appears in our photo galleries, and you would like that photo removed, please contact the webmaster with the appropriate details.
